To use www.callaccess.io audio service your personal device should fulfill to the following requirements:

Web applications

• Recommended browsers: Google™ Chrome, Mozilla™ Firefox or Apple™ Safari latest version is installed. CaaS can work on other WebRTC enabled browsers but they haven´t been tested for compatibility to CaaS. TGA can´t guarantee an error-free or uninterrupted use on other than the mentioned browsers.
• For audio service CaaS uses the microphone and playback devices provided by browser. Please understand that TGA can´t guarantee, that your (external) devices will be detected correctly.
